Local Action Network HQ

Democracy for America is rooted in the offline activism and organizing of members in all 50 states, many of whom have been leading local groups since 2004. These groups recruit, endorse, and support candidates at all levels of office, work for change at the local, state and federal levels, and hold the Democratic party accountable to progressive voters.

Creating and sustaining a community of committed, mobilized and well-trained activists gives us the power to resist Trump's agenda of hate, to elect progressive champs, and to build a reflective democracy.

July Resistance Re-energizers

Caring for ourselves and our communities is part of the resistance. This month, we're taking a break from LinkUps, and inviting DFA members to gather to debreif, connect, and build community. We're taking a moment ro re-energize the resistance so we can start building for 2018 in August. For tips on hosting a great Re-energizer, click here.
